"easy to find my size"
i found my size easily, which doesn’t happen that often when i’m shopping online. there were a few options to choose from too, so that was a nice surprise. really happy with it and i’ll probably check here first next time.

"Delivery was kind of all over the place"
My order did show up fine in the end, but it came later than the tracking made it seem like it would. Not the worst thing ever, but the delivery updates could’ve been clearer. Feels like someone dropped the ball a bit there

"Decent overall, but the size mix-up was annoying"
I got my order quickly, which was a good start, but one of the items showed up in the wrong size from what I picked. I contacted them and they did get it sorted out, so that part ended on a better note. Since the fix is what’s freshest in my mind, I’m not too upset about it, but the mix-up was still kind of frustrating. Overall, not a bad experience, just okay.

"Pretty Easy, Though Something Felt Off"
Shopping on the mobile site was easy enough, and I didn’t have much trouble finding what I needed. Checkout was quick too. That said, I did get the feeling they make certain options a little too easy to miss, especially around extra charges or add-ons. Maybe it was just me, but it felt like you have to pay close attention.

I ordered online and picked my shoes up in store the next day. The staff were friendly and found my order quickly, though I did have to wait at the counter for a few minutes. Nothing major. My gut feeling was that they had things under control, and overall it was a smooth, good experience

I was kind of surprised how fast I got refunded. I didn’t really expect it to be that quick, so I guess that means the whole process was good, even though I didn’t end up keeping the item. Either way, the money was back super fast, so no complaints from me.

Found exactly what I was after and checkout loaded really quickly. The payment options were easy to understand, and my order confirmation came through straight away. The only thing was the delivery details section jumped around a bit on my phone, so I had to double-check everything — maybe that’s on me for ordering in a hurry on mobile. Not a big deal though, I’d definitely use it again

I was on jimkiddsports.com looking for a pair of shoes, well, one specific size really — and it kind of turned into that thing where you think you’ve found what you want, then click through and suddenly the colour or size isn’t actually there. A bit frustrating, especially when the listing makes it look available at first. The prices seemed reasonable though, and they do have a decent range, so it wasn’t a total waste of time. I just wish the stock info was updated a bit more clearly. I’d probably check the site again if I was browsing around, but it wouldn’t be the first place I’d go next time.

Popped into Jim Kidd Sports looking for shoes and a few footy bits, and the range was better than I expected. They had a couple of brands and sizes I couldn’t find at other stores, which was a relief because I was starting to think I’d have to just settle for something else.

Only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that a few colours and sizes were already sold out. Not a massive deal, and I still found something decent in the end, but if they had a bit more stock in those options then yeah, I probably would’ve...

The staff seemed to know the products well for the most part, though a few of my questions didn’t really get a clear answer. I guess it depended on who I ended up talking to, which was kind of noticeable. Overall it was fine, not bad at all, just a little uneven… like one person would be helpful and then the next left me second-guessing what I’d just asked about.
